Account Overview
Your account dashboard provides a centralized view of your orders, support tickets, and profile information. From here, you can track active purchases, review order history, and manage your personal details.
Order History
All completed and pending orders are listed in your dashboard's Orders section. Each order displays the card type, purchase amount, payment status, and transaction date. Invoices are available for download on completed orders.
Payment Methods
We currently support cryptocurrency payments via USDT (TRC20), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin (BTC). Wallet addresses for each transaction are generated at checkout and are unique to each order for security purposes.
Card Delivery
Purchased card details are delivered directly to your dashboard upon payment confirmation. Card information is displayed securely and should be accessed only by the account holder. We recommend saving card details immediately upon delivery.
Support
If you encounter any issues with your account or orders, our support team is available through the ticket system in your dashboard. Create a new ticket with a detailed description of your issue, and a support representative will respond promptly.
Account Security
Your account is protected by encrypted password storage and secure session management. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available. Never share your login credentials with others.
Profile Management
You can update your email address, username, and password from the Profile section of your dashboard. Certain changes may require email verification to confirm your identity.
Data and Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of your data or account deletion by contacting support. Account deletion will permanently remove your personal information after a 30-day processing period.
